This Sunday morning the sermon series on Redemption continues. Last week we saw in Hebrews 9:13-15 a summary of our need for redemption, that due to our sin we are guilty before God, owe a debt of perfect righteousness we cannot pay, and are actually enemies of God, with enmity, hatred toward Him. Christ our high priest and mediator redeems us from all of these, which we’ll see in more detail this Sunday morning in the biblical text, Hebrews 9:11-12.
Sunday evening the psalm for the sermon will be Psalm 53, which is almost an exact repeat of Psalm 14. What is the difference, and what does that difference tell us?
Please note: since this Sunday is the fifth in the month, we will be having dinner together after the evening service instead of lunch after the morning service.
We hope you can join us and look forward to meeting you!
